Who we are
Carthage Developments is a family-led company, working across the St. Louis and South Florida areas, that brings together project coordination, licensed interior design and hands-on tile and drywall installation under one roof.
Keeping design and installation close means decisions are made with both the look and the build in mind — so a space feels considered and holds up to daily use. We work at a deliberate pace, communicate clearly, and treat each home with care.

Operations & Client Experience
Coordinates conversations, site reviews, scheduling and clear written scopes so every project stays organized from first call to final review.
Licensed Interior Design
Guides tile, color, scale, pattern and grout decisions, and translates ideas into layouts that are both considered and buildable.
Installation & Fieldwork
Handles preparation, waterproofing and installation with the patience that precise tilework requires.
